When this place first opened I had a half cup oil in my noodles, told the owner she was not happy with me for even saying anything. Made it almost seem like that much oil was normal and that I’m a complainer! I boycotted them and told everyone I knew not to go there. Maybe about 7 years later, this Aug 2026 I said I’ll give them another shot. Worst noodle box ever. Order was wrong plus taste is terrible sorry to say. As a franchise the taste should be universal but not upto per. Disappointed
The one star is based solely on food quality, and not on service or other factors. I ordered four different 'boxes', just to get a taste and feel of what Noodlebox has to offer. Much of what I received seemed to be made from either canned or previously frozen ingredients. I couldn't even power through one plate of this stuff.
