Cashier takes telephone orders while customers line up and wait. 2 people ahead of me in line....waited almost 10 minutes to take my order. When i made my order they said it will take 25 minutes. The restaurant is empty. Online orders take priority. Oh and there are 4 parking spots and 2 are 15 mins only. First time here. Left pissed off and didnt eat. Never coming back again. Make a hungry man wait in your store while you deal with online stuff is pathetic.

This location is pretty disorganized so I never know what to expect with my food. I've ordered multiple times in the past few months through the online ordering system. They have always missed something in my order, whether it's putting it in a bowl instead of a box, giving me bean sprouts when I asked for none, or giving me chicken that is not crispy. I’m not sure if I will get food from here again. I have only gone twice. The first time my order was picked up by someone else so I had to wait for them to remake it. The quality of the food was good the first time. However, the second time the food was not very good. We couldn’t finish our meal. It felt undercooked. The noodles were still stuck together. What has happened to this place? The food used to be delicious. Now the veggies are always raw, the noodles taste uncooked, the chicken feels and tastes microwaved. Naan rarely comes with the dip, not to mention they’ve changed it into something horrific from what it used to be. Why??
