Normally I really like Noodlebox. This time was different, they couldn’t get or redeem reward point . Then on top of that issue, my wife’s food was burnt and was the worst Noodlebox she’s ever had
Zero stars for food! The tempura chicken was so bad you could have thrown it through a glass window and broke it. The noodles were absolutely disgusting. Do better! I can't remember the last time I asked for a refund in a restaurant. I went in and they said they might not be able to refund if the manager doesn't authorize. To be honest if the customer says the food is gross, and there is reasoning. It needs to be no questions asked. No wonder the rating is so low. Hire a cook who actually cares.
