Maybe have a bell on your door if you're not gonna look up for customers. I feel like the boxes at the other locations I have visited have been better. The noodles don't seem to have any definition. Kind of soggy. I’d like to offer an edit after giving it another try, hoping the noodles had improved. Unfortunately, they haven’t. If anything, they’ve gotten worse. Super clean and efficient service.
Worst restaurant on the planet. The food is good but the staff is incompetent. I had an issue ordering food off the app which I have done successfully in the past. I called because the food was late and uber had not picked up. I called and the guy hung up on me. I called back 7 times before they answered the phone again. I had to give him the order at least 6 and he said all uber orders were picked up… my uber app said no. It’s like he didn’t have clue and oh all of a sudden the order was just being picked up. Walked in. Waited for a good 20 min. Crazy. The person working did not care or acknowledge our presence, Customer service at its worst. 👎
