Quick, friendly service, VERY clean, especially the bathrooms. Really impressed with the management at this location, they even checked in on us while we were eating in. Did I mention it was super clean?
I am profoundly dissatisfied with the handling of my recent order placed through the Noodlebox app for delivery to my home. Although the order was accepted and paid for in full, it was delivered to an incorrect address. Upon contacting the Courtenay location to resolve the issue, I was informed that because Uber was responsible for the delivery, the matter was not something the store could assist with. You get what you pay for ! I say that in the most positive way possible. I had pad tai with chicken in spice level scorching. It burned for hours, as it should. What I appreciated was that they delivered ACTUAL heat! Fair warning, scorching spice isn’t enjoyable for everyone but man oh man that hit the spot tonight!
Zero stars if I could. We order from the Courtenay location regularly — a few times every month — but our most recent order was delivered to the wrong address. When we called to report it, the response was unbelievably poor. The staff member took our details and said they’d “look into it tomorrow” because they were too busy.
