I am a delivery driver and I went to Noodle Box Courtenay yesterday to pick up an order. When I arrived, the app showed that the order had already been prepared and was ready for pickup. Right after that, I asked the staff member, and he told me that the order was not ready yet and that I had to wait another 10 minutes. I still smiled, agreed, and waited patiently. It took too long to get my food. Many many other orders walked out much before my food was even considered. My spring roll was cold and so I asked for another hot one. My pad Thai was the worst I have ever eaten. Do not patronize this place. It is expensive and the food is of poor quality. I won’t ever be back here again.
We ordered some vegetarian dishes. But they aren’t following our dietary restrictions. The chef himself came to us asked about this. He cooked all the dishes as per our requirements. Great customer service, great food. Thank you so much!
