Takeout, opened up the box and found out it was only half filled.
A wonderfully clean establishment with very courteous employees. The food was prompt and delicious.
My experience with Noodlebox has been a bit hit or miss in the past, but I was beyond disappointed in the meal I received last night. I ordered extra sauce and requested a bowl, what I got was literally zero sauce in a box that wasn't even full. It's hard to believe the complete lack of any sauce at all wasn't intentional, considering the receipt attached to the bag said 'extra sauce'. Unfortunately like a lot of the reviews the food was not cooked right, meat tough like shoe leather vegetable tasted like sat in water all day. Staff ignoring paying customers. I’m really disappointed.
We have been eating at noodle box for a while. When it was new, food was great and fresh and service was good. Today you can’t even dine in with real cutlery. These wood forks are completely useless. If you have to wash the bowls, why can’t you wash some real cutlery. Butter chicken was awful, tasted like it had 1/2 cup of sugar in it.
