Ordered from here 3 times food is fine just lacking vegetables. First issue I've had and it was not resolved. Packaged awfully and when I phoned the person on the phone was more interested in haveing a back an forth argument then apologizing for the mess in the car. I held the bags all drive as the passenger and when trying to pass the bags to the person driving so I could get out they split. Disappointed with the service I received here. I have sent an email to head office but did not receive a response (its been a month). I used a bogo coupon from a local coupon book and noticed that on my receipt they did not honor the deal. I was not discounted 50% off my second purchase. I received a discount less than 50%. Nothing in the fine print about any stipulations to the deal. While the food was tasty, I am dissatisfied with their policies.
What a shame this place and chain has become. Used to be a great choice and enjoyable food. Wait times are longer than ever and prices keep climbing more so than anywhere else. Zero condiments or utensils to eat your food. Cold and impersonal service. I won’t be back
Customer service with bad attitude doesn’t help you, not going there again.
