Great place when they first opened. Recently they've gone further and further downhill, with a dirty location, poor service, and seemingly random hours.
This location started strong for ~1 month but then ingredients were no longer fresh and potentially spoiled (sour taste to the meals). It was honestly super disappointing to see that the franchise did not help or audit this location - truly disappointing both with the decision by local ownership to not use fresh ingredients; and the franchise not Auditing to make sure the reputation behind noodle box remained good.....I'll be rather cautious when trying other locations due to this experience.
Today we tried phoning to place a dinner order (as we live on the far side of west kelowna) and heard a message that they were not accepting phone orders to "better serve the public". So we decided to drive to Noodlebox to place an order in person. To our surprise they were closed... at 5pm on a Saturday night. Total waste of our time.
I love the food but half the time they are closed and don’t answer their phones. Google says they are open but when I drive all the way there, they’re closed.. also, a lot of the time they are out of stock. The photo posted below was taken at 7:30pm when it says they close at 10pm.
