Not bad – This hole-in-the-wall family Thai restaurant isn't bad. We had the Tom Ka Gai soup which is our favorite. It was a little watery for us, but the flavor and spice was on target. We loved the Fresh Rolls, with the delicate rice paper wrappings and peanut sauce. For entree we had the Pinching claw seafood dish. Best Thai on the Eastside! – I have to say that Noodleland is the best Thai I have ever had. I started eating Thai food about 10 years ago, and when I say Thai food, I mean Phad Thai. I occasionally ventured from this dish and tried other things on the menu, but this is the one dish that kept me coming back to whatever restaurant was closest. Best Thai food on the east side – The fresh new Thai decor In the dinning room helps to set the tone for the excellent meal you are sure to get from the kitchen. Many at Microsoft know that this is "the" Thai place for lunch but it is even better in the evening when you can relax and really enjoy the food. Most nights the restaurant is not too crowded and the service is excellent. Best Thai food in Redmond hands down – Noodle land has got the best authentic Thai food I've had anywhere and the service is always great. Try the lunch specials for a little variety and a great value. I also recommend the Sushine Cashew with Chicken or Tofu for vegetarians, it's a great first Thai food dish. If you like seafood you'll love the Thai Suky Yaky which is loaded with so many kinds of seafood I can't even remember it all. User review by izmabul – If you fancy being blasted by a loud radio while eating badly-made Thai food, Noodle Land is your place. I tried Tarzan curry and sent it back after the first spoon.
Decent, but stay away from the pad thai – This thai joint is about middle of the road, with a very good mango and chicken salad and an otherwise average menu. But the pad thai alone will keep me away for a long time. When your staple dish tastes like it's been doused in maple syrup, I question the authenticity. Thought it might be a one-time thing, but after a few lunches there it's definitely a consistent 'feature'.
