I am not from Midland/Odessa, in fact I despise the cities more than most. But by some cruel twist of fate I’ve found myself traveling to this god forsaken slice of the Permian Basin more times than I can count. This place makes it worth it every time. By no exaggeration I say this is not only the best Chinese food I’ve had, but perhaps my favorite restaurant across the board. Every dish is simple yet executed with great care; in the years since I first ate here, I have never once been disappointed.

Food is very good but it made me sick twice!! Don’t recommend coming here
The only Place I’ve ever been to that I can watch fresh noodles be made This place was amazing today for lunch. Quiet though it was pretty full of people, we had the most amazing and huge Beef Bao as well as Beef with broth. We will be back time and time again for sure. This was such a great experience. Such a large portion as well!
First time visit. I was a bit leary of trying this place, just because I'm not a huge fan of the soup spices in the broth. The dumplings and spring rolls were great. I got combination chow moon. The flavor was great, loved the noodles. Our server was very attentive and such speedy service. I'll definitely be back.
