We got the essentials tier - a few items were quite good but a lot of them were average. The portions were decently sized but overall, it felt over priced for the taste & experience.

For future customers: the food here is generally good, but the service seems to depend heavily on how busy they are. This was my third visit, and unfortunately my first bad experience. I went on a Tuesday at 6:50 PM, and about 90% of the seats were occupied. It was clear the staff was overwhelmed—there were only two chefs in the kitchen, and dirty dishes were piling up. I am self-proclaimed Chinese connoisseur, so every time I see a Chinese restaurant, I like to try it. This one is definitely on the fusion side, so if you are expecting traditional family-style Chinese food, then this is not it. If you want something less heavy than PF Chang/Hawkers with an American/French twist, then this is it. We ended up getting the indulgence all-you-can-eat option.
