We have been regular customers of Noodle Box Springwood for a long time and have repeatedly travelled 30 minutes just to get food from this store, despite having another Noodle Box only 12 minutes from our home. Clearly, that loyalty meant absolutely nothing to the staff. On our previous order, we found wok particles in our food and had to throw the meal away because we simply could not eat it. My family and I regularly order from this Noodle Box, and we have always loved the food. We have never had an issue with our orders before, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. Last time, we ordered a large KFT bowl and a large Japanese Chicken & Rice box, which cost us around $45. Unfortunately, the Rice in both meals contained what looked like black wok/charred food particles and burnt crumbs throughout the meal. Yesterday i visited this place at about 1 pm . I was craving for noodles and i found this place . The store was very busy but still the staff there was very helpful and kind . She explained me the menu according to my taste , to find me the best option to eat . I ate pad thai noodles which was very nice . Overall loved the customer service by that girl . Definitely recommend this place to eat 👍🏻.
