A little disappointed with our takeaway order. We love our noodles and these weren’t up to scratch. The large bowls are big, however it was mainly just noodles and very little meat and veg. Extra instructions weren’t followed either, and we had some items missing which we didn’t realise till we got home. Will unfortunately try some other places before trying Noodle Box again.
Only a minor complaint to an otherwise enjoyable meal! Ordered food for 3 people before the football game last night, we were seated near the kitchen and could see the orders come out. My order was ready first and the kitchen staff dinged the bell for the wait staff to collect. Wait staff were behind the counter looking at the screen and possibly did not hear the bell? I order from Noodle Box through DoorDash almost every week because I really enjoy the Honey Soy Noodles. Today, my wife and I decided to visit the store in person for a change. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect. Instead of Honey Soy Noodles, I received Honey Soy Chicken with rice.
