Unfortunately, my experience with this business was very negative. I understand misunderstandings can happen, but the way I was treated was inappropriate. I was never disrespectful, yet I felt an aggressive attitude that doesn’t belong in a professional service. I believe there are more respectful ways to speak to clients, and I didn’t expect this kind of treatment
The owner is one of the most dishonest mechanics I have ever encountered in my life. We thought our initial problem with them had been solved, but they tried to fabricate an additional issue with a turbo they shouldn't have even touched by disconnecting an airpressure tube that resulted in the check engine light coming back on. I've been going here off and on for years. Their honesty is above reproach. Their prices more than fair. Their service impeccable. Just had my 97 4RUNNER engine replaced. I love this shop. Never going anywhere else.
I took my PT Cruiser in because the AC was blowing hot air, and I left with cool air again. The owner was friendly, the customer service was good, and I was treated well throughout the process. The price also felt fair, and overall I was satisfied with the service.
