Communication is very good, service is within a good time frame, staff is very knowledgeable and pricing is within reasonable amount
Unfortunately, my experience with this business was very negative. I understand misunderstandings can happen, but the way I was treated was inappropriate. I was never disrespectful, yet I felt an aggressive attitude that doesn’t belong in a professional service. I believe there are more respectful ways to speak to clients, and I didn’t expect this kind of treatment
The owner is one of the most dishonest mechanics I have ever encountered in my life. We thought our initial problem with them had been solved, but they tried to fabricate an additional issue with a turbo they shouldn't have even touched by disconnecting an airpressure tube that resulted in the check engine light coming back on. Due to our prior encounter with them(below) we went to South Bay Autohouse Mercedes instead and they found that immediately.
