Customer service is so poor, this place is ran by teenagers when the owner isn’t there and they have no idea what the heck they’re doing when it comes to memberships, there’s obviously no staff communication and they charged me for a month of my membership the day after I cancelled it, not only did they not tell me that I would still be charged for the next month if I cancelled, but now I can’t even use my membership for the month that I PAYED FOR!!!
