if you want to be surrounded by professionals and motivation with maintained weights and every machine and bench you could think of, this is the spot. the gold standard for what a local gym should be trying to achieve
I absolutely love the wide array of equipment, cardio, and the boxing area. I think this place is awesome. Highly recommend it, very affordable and close to home.
