I used to love Dr. Livits. She was always patient and listened to my concerns. Things have changed at this location. It’s very hard to get appointments and the concern doesn’t feel the same. I have been trying to get an authorization for a prescription refill for 2 months and I’m being told the they never received the authorization from the pharmacist. I check the faxed number with the pharmacist 3 times and Dr. Livits office keeps saying they aren’t getting any faxes. They offer no other solutions and I’m out of my prescrip... read more
The one star is being generous. My daughter went through a major health crisis, and this doctor wasn't helpful at all.
My husband likes her, so we drive to see her!!
