Speaking as a former tenant— this company is bad- stay away at all costs- the reviews for the Secor location apply as it is the same company. And those reviews are very telling. You will regret ever dealing with this real estate company- no matter how good the promises might be.
Stay away of renting here, I am a tenant at this time in orchard creek villas in Bancroft street (Toledo)and I tell you that the company that manage this property ''Noneman Real Estate Company'' is the worst experience in my life, the worst customer service, they are not interested, I am currently trying to resolve a situation with my contract, and they just want to take advantage, I am even tried to speak with Mr. Dennis Noneman (the owner) and him does not answer, really stay away from rent here.
