I recommend the None Zen center to anyone wanting to get to know themselves better through meditation. I absolutely love the community and atmosphere here! Great place for beginners wanting to develop a regular meditation practice and find out about their true nature.
This place is the real deal, actual Zen Buddhism, with a direct, traceable lineage stretching back to the original Zen masters (5th century AD). The teachers are extremely welcoming, wise, and generous, and are the happiest people I've ever met. They teach an accessible, non-religious form of Zen, whose sole purpose is to seek understanding of your true self, by means of intense meditation.
