The staff here is always professional and friendly. I’ve been a patient here for a year now and every time has been great. Great team of nurses, doctors, techs and anesthesiologists. They educate and show genuine concern for their patients.
Was told to arrive at 7:30 for simple SI joint injection which did not require anesthesiology. I asked why I had been told to arrive 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to procedure. Scheduler shrugged and said she didn’t know. Was then informed that my procedure was not scheduled until 8:45 and that they’re running at least 30 minutes late. Have had injections requiring anesthesiology at a nearby facility and have been in and out within an hour. Will not be back.
