I had a meeting to revise one portion of my trust. Mr Barstow said it would take a week to have it done. After 2 weeks I called and left a message , no call back. In 3 weeks, no answer, 4 weeks, 5 weeks and so on. I quit calling after 6 months. He does not get back to you.
We were very pleased with how our estate, etc...was handled by this office. We are going into our later years much smarter than we were!!
We have been trying to call him to finish my husbands will...we have called at least 3 days a week with no call back..he had taken my copy of the will and at this point all I want is it back so I can go to another lawyer...
