Kamal is fantastic. He very professional and prompt! The receptionist is a doll as well. You will indeed get your vehicle back brand new or better. I highly recommend this location or the other one located in Madison Heights. Thank you Nona Collision.
Best collision shop in Warren! And let me tell you I’ve been to MULTIPLE collision shops and never have I received the experience that I received at this place. All the staff there were very respectful and welcoming. You can tell that these people genuinely want to help and aren’t just looking to make money off you. They were even handing me free cold water bottles without even me asking. 10/10.
Well customer Service
I took my car to them and they were supposed to fix the panel and change my rear bumper. After a year my car was hit from the rear bumper again but wasn’t too bad and I had to replace the bumper only , when we opened the bumper the panel wasn’t touched at all and they basically just changed the rear bumper. I paid them to fix the panel and exchange the rear bumper but that’s what they did !
