If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Yesterday, vet Norton took a considerable amount of time trying to upsell various products and services by making condescending and snarky comments and trying to use guilt and scare tactics. I didn't appreciate her passive aggressive approach (and it bothered my daughter a great deal as well) and most of her narrative wasn't necessary as she could have just left us with the quote for services and let us decide.
