This clinic is very professional and clean they really care about the pets and the techs are very professional and knowledgeable I brought my pet Oreo for allergies and they were nice and gave him a toy to play with during the visit since he was very nervous since he doesn’t like going to the vet and the doctor was very professional they even gave me estimates of everything before doing anything I definitely recommend coming here !
We have been bringing our Bella here since she was a puppy, and 4 years later they still offer the best service. We are very grateful especially to Johan and Adriana their attention to detail and friendly service is great! We appreciate the time they take to explain everything they are offering us and kindly sharing their thoughts on stuff when we ask! Truly recommend this place!
La verdad bastante molesta. No por el servicio pues no tengo queja alguna pero si en la forma como cobran. No dan el recibo en el momento de pagar, dicen que lo env�an al correo. Pasaron 3 d�as y quise adjuntar el recibo al claim del seguro de mi perrita, y cuando me doy cuenta me hab�an cobrado doble en 3 de los cargos, agregando 120 a mi factura. I would like to clarify once again that at no point did I ask for laboratory tests to be performed without a veterinary evaluation. My intention was to schedule an appointment for my dog so that she could receive a physical examination and have the necessary laboratory tests performed during that same visit. I completely understand that you have medical protocols that must be followed and respected.
