I have been a patient of Dr Gayles for a very long time--over ten years, including prior to his starting his own practice. He is a fantastic doctor. That's the only 5 start statement you will see in this review. If you get in to see him good for you. If he orders a referral for a procedure, good luck with follow up from his very incompetent, constantly changing office staff. If he tells you you will receive a follow up call in a day or two after a procedure, you'll be lucky if you get a call within two weeks of said procedur... read more

I am so glad I was finally referred to this office! Once referred I was hesitant about the distance but after many years of different doctors for unsuccessful treatments / therapies I thought it would be worth meeting the doc at least. And it was, distance is well worth it! Dr Gayles is very knowledgeable and was quick to action, providing different options for treatment. My nightmare started in April of this year. I spoke to to the doctor and was very excited about what he had to say. He ordered a mri and that's when things went down hill. The office staff initially never sent the mri request from the doctor to no one. Two weeks had went by so I called and they apologized for the mistake. I waited another week and still nothing. So I called again and they said they would take care of it this time. I I again wait

I have only been post procedure 2 1/2 days now so cannot comment on success or failure in that regard but the long leading up time to getting this done (stem cell in a lot of places) that was delayed because of COVID and then being sick with flu and colds, procrastination, work, etc, finally got it done . Nicole could have thrown me to the curb more than once for dragging this out almost like the boy that cried wolf but she hung in there with me.
