Extremely unresponsive office. Called and left voicemails multiple times, no reply. Disorganized staff getting different messages and very little follow through
I just had the worst experience at Dr. Cunningham’s office today. She was completely unprofessional and came off as highly aggressive towards me. I was experiencing extreme pain and an irregular period and she was unwilling to talk to me about any other possibilities of what could be going on other than it being my fault for incorrectly taking my birth control pills. Probably pretty odd having a husband write a review here, but Nona Cunningham and her team are the most amazing bunch of people. My wife and I have been going to her for years as we've been trying to have a baby. They were with us through all the ups and downs and have a compassionate approach rooted in science and experience based knowledge and practice. The level of care and compassion you receive as a patient from Dr. Cunningham's office is exceptional. I fight to get my other doctors on the phone whereas I get a near immediate call back from this office. I had some health issues that were met with true kindness and care. They always followed up, in fact multiple times, to see how I was doing. They aren't turning around clients in rapid succession like in other offices. They care and know each person individually.
