Ok. So I was real leery about joining CrossFit, especially since I am 48 years old. I had a negative experience about 15 years ago with a gym and never looked back. However, Coach Kim, Chloe, and Amanda are phenomenal. I gave them my goals and where I was at right now and every workout has been great. I have to do modifications, but the Coach's are so supportive. Especially since my body doesn't quite contort the way it used to. I really can't say enough great things Nona Cross Fit. Kim did a great job matching me with somebody for training, which I did on a one-on-one basis. Justyn took time to understand my goals and designed a program with the right amount of challenge to make it fun. The program allowed me to reach my goals over a period of 3 months. I participated in three classes from March 20th - March 22nd, and they were amazing! I was utterly grateful to be a part of the classes, and I really enjoyed the workouts during my business stay in Orlando. Moreover, the individuals in the 5:30pm class were utterly benevolent and welcoming; that class was definitely home away from home! And the coach, Kim, was absolutely phenomenal, and she gave me life-changing advice on how to improve my squats. Awesome crossfit gym, Coaches are kind, knowledgeable and always willing to help. I just moved to the area and after having a baby, I wanted a real and healthy lifestyle change. I am also very picky when picking a crossfit gym because I want to make sure I feel comfortable but I felt at home right away! The coaches are really awesome and the environment is inspiring. I am looking forward to growing and developing into a stronger woman here.
