The main lady there was disrespectful and is horrible at their job. If you’re going to have a business run it right. She was disrespectful to my family.

I would not recommend Nona Bridal for dress rentals. They require a 50% deposit, and if anything happens, they keep the money without flexibility. I paid $400 as a deposit, and when I requested a refund, they completely refused. The staff was extremely rude about the situation, and one of the girls even yelled at me. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Please think twice before renting from this place.
