I got multiple texts from these people this morning telling me I need to make an appointment with a doctor I’ve never heard of. When I called the number they provided in the text, it went to a fax number and screeched in my ear. So I called the number the text came from and someone answered the phone “hello”. They were apparently trying to reach someone else, which is good because I only see competent doctors with competent office staff. This is the worst experience ever. I called them to send the authorization, but they never sent it. They are lying and very rude, especially Jackie in the front office—she is the worst.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Dr. office! I reported breast pain to my physician, but it took multiple attempts on my part to get any response. It wasn’t until over a month later that my concerns were finally addressed. To make matters worse, the office failed to send the correct referral to the imaging center, which prevented me from getting the necessary procedure done. Additionally, the office was chaotic and disorganized, and lacking cleanliness.
