I can't explain the level of gratitude & appreciation I have towards NSSC. In July of 2023 I ended up in an emergency with excruciating burning in my left shoulder & hand as well as severe numbness & tightness in my index and middle fingers on the left side. I had an MRI which confirmed severe compression at c5-6, c6-7 on left side and compression of the spinal cord. I was told this is known as Cervical Radiculopathy. I went to NSSC for help with my back pain and was initially told I would require between 9 to 18 sessions. By the 7th session, my pain increased from a 3 or 4 to an 8 or 9, landing me in the hospital for 5 days. After being discharged, I returned because the doctor and staff assured me that a flare-up was "normal" although not to the extent I experienced. They convinced me to continue my treatment.
