Staff are very friendly and helpful. We celebrated my fiancés birthday and they allowed us to bring in a cake on visitation day. Group counseling is also very helpful and i am able to learn on how to help your significant other/family member in this important change. You are able to speak freely in sessions on topics. Would not recommend , staff constantly picks with you . When your family come to visit for family time there staff walking to family members vehicles and approaching family . Staff bribing patients to bring them food . Staff smoking vapes in office . Staff HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL , staff harassing patients for assistance . The inside of this facility would make you think your family member are still incarcerated, food is poor quality . Patients are not treated as patients they are still treated as if they are inmates . The worst program ever, staff sleeping with the residents, the director told my son he didn't care for him nor did he want to talk to him and he would do all he could to get him kicked out and that happened.They can't keep counselors because the place is poorly ran.This is NOT the place to go for ytrament and if you write the staff up it's disregarded. Npi is NOT a center to go to
