Almost got hit and potentially killed by one of these drivers because he had a phone pressed up against his bald head, so he couldn’t be bothered to turn it and look before attempting to dive into my car, with no turn signal in a van with half the bumper hanging off. Glad my horn grabbed his attention away enough from the phone call that was apparently worth mine and everyone else safety.

AMS non emergency medical transportation in Ohio is a division of this company. Today, they put one of my disabled, elderly residents at severe risk by abandoning them at the location they dropped them off at. Lying to me by telling me they were on their way to get her after they were already late and then canceling the trip without telling me. It was a ride booked through Provide a Ride and AMS had picked it up. I only found out they were not on their way and had canceled it by calling Provide a Ride to complain. This woman... read more

Very positive experience with AMS Transportation. Arranging service was easy and professional, flexible, driver was on time, vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend them.
