I used them before and service was great. So when I need to go in for an outpatient surgical procedure they were my first choice. I booked online, got a call from them that they could do it and got an email to pay. After paying, got a call verifying the service date and time. The night before got a call confirming the time(9:30am), pickup address and delivery location. The gentleman that called promised to see me in the morning. The worst service ever. I called for transportation for my 90 yo dad to go to a very critical dr appt. I told them my dad cant walk up the stairs so I needed someone who could carry him or find a way to get him up the stairs. I also said we had to leave by 11am at the latest. They agreed there would be no problem. The next day, the driver didn't show up until 1125, was by himself, and told me he wad not aware that my dad needed help. We arranged 1 month ago for transport and now 3 days before they are missing, not responding. We paid $700 for roundtrip transport for surgery. They scammed us! I'm so upset.

Thieves don’t use them they charged 500$ for a trip than they didn’t show and now they aren’t answering the numbers
