Ordered on just eat . 20 mins later got a message saying my order was “declined “ and they have refunded me however having checked my bank no refund. Wanted to give you a try however after this NOT A CHANCE
Always says open on Google yet it’s closed!Shows as open so if you order delivery on their site it’s not gonna turn up, if you order and pay for collection you will show up to shutters closed, they don’t answer the phone either, need to update your hours if you are closed!
Every time I go there to eat always end up with food poisoning
Worse customer service iv ever seen. Placed my order on foodhub and they took payment by card. When i didn’t receive my order i called to enquire. The person on the other side said they had not got my order but will deliver to me as i only live down the road. I explained i would have picked my self but i am suffering from long covid and cannot leave the house and i have no one else to pick the food up. He said not to worry and they will drop off.
