Very kind staff. Seems that after you pay for YOUR eye exam you have no right to your complete RX. Excludes pupillary distance. I was told that it is done by whomever is making your glasses. Or you can do it yourself? This rule isn’t the worst (force me to buy from you) but what happened to customer service? Why would they make buying my glasses at a more reasonable cost a problem? Why should I be ask to measure this distance when I can’t see in the first place till I get glasses?
Dr Ariel Wang is the best ophthalmologist I’ve ever seen. She is very knowledgeable, patient and giving best solution for my daughter. She even helped me to educate teens to control screen time and relax eyes. That is truly helpful.
Excellent care and consideration, as usual...! Staff is wonderful....
