The pictures they give you are absolutely terrible. It is very un comfortable I try not to complain, but staff is very rude. Very rushed a terrible experience I highly recommend going anywhere else for your ultrasounds.
If I could give this location a 0 I would. Worst experience ever, customer service none. I had an appointment for a mammogram you would think they would call me to confirm my appointment and to let me know that an order is needed. But no lets wait till I get to the office and tell me that an order is needed. Mind you when I called to schedule the appointment I was told an order was NOT NEEDEDE. I don not recommend this location to anyone they are horrible.
The staff at NOMS Premium Imaging in Sheffield Village are beyond amazing!!! They took time out to help us with our insurance issues, which they didn’t have too:)) I highly recommend them!!!
