Made an appointment here a couple of months ago. Got there today for my appointment and they told me they dont take vision insurance because the have an MD and not an optometrist on site. I dont know how you can be an eye center and not have an optometrist. This would've been great to know when I called to make the appointment instead of when I get to the office for my appointment. Didn't stay because I don't have medical insurance and would've had to pay out of pocket at the time of visit.
They were wonderful. The exam was complete and in depth. The frame selection was great they have a extensive selection of Oakley. Many thanks to all.
Dr. Hill is amazing and such a sweetheart. I love the entire staff they are so great and I throughly enjoy going for eye exams. They listen and figure out what's going on.
Terrible place. The people are nice but the service is awful. My friend ordered a pair of frames and lenses aside from his insurance because it had not been a full 2 years yet for it to cover anything. When they arrived, he realized he didn't like them and decided to pick a frame that was way cheaper instead. The place told him he would be receiving a refund for the more expensive glasses he returned; that refund still hasn't arrived yet, after months.
