excellent, excellent surgeon. office efficient and CLEAN!
The physicians are great, but could be more flexible in the hospitals they go to. The office staff is TERRIBLE! It is extremely difficult to get through on the phone; its ALWAYS busy. The staff is rude in person and on the phone. I am a patient there and a nurse in a local hospital and the staff are awful to deal with on a professional level. The physicians need to hire friendly people who actually want to work there. The office staff makes me want to go elsewhere.
Dr. May is my doctor. I had some health problems and he sat down with me and answered all my questions and explained everything so I could understand. He doesn't rush through to get the the next patient he makes sure you understand and are ok. I feel he really does care about my well being. I feel blessed to have a doctor like Dr. May.
