neglectful doctor
If I could give a 0 star that's what they would get. Staff was pounding on the wall to another Dr. Office because a autistic child was yelling. Yall need to do better. Care and compassion is not in that office.
Dr. Newman has been my family's doctor nearly 40 years. She has always been one who listens and has great wisdom Really cares for her patients.
From what I have seen the doctor herself is said to be nice. However, one of my family members had an awful incident with her prescription due to the poor attention of being able to answer the calls of a patient. One nurse was extremely rude and disrespectful when finally answering her calls. As a fresh healthcare worker myself her tone of voice and response to my family members needs is not how a health professional should be responding to a patient in need. Good doctor, but poor service.
