Dr. Timmis and his staff are wonderful. Our daughter had a much needed nasal cauterization several years ago and it was a game changer for her life. The staff was kind, had the procedure scheduled quickly and Dr. Timmis was thoughtful and explained everything so well. Highly recommend this office!!
Since they have switched to NOMS this place is an absolute joke!! They NEVER answer the phone and if they do happen to answer the staff is rude and acts like it's a problem that you called. They schedule appointments with the wrong doctors. My husband has called because his diabetes meds are on back order so he needed a different med and they never called him back and clearly never let the doctor know because nothing else was called in!!
