I never do these kind of reviews but want to warn people that if you choose this place it might cost you $$$$$. We had a trip to India and a friend recommended this place unfortunately. We got the testing done and it never came in Time for our flight 48 hours. Very very expensive mistake. Go to CVS.
Not open, no explanation or notification. When I called the help line they said it’s open wait an hour or two. Not a single person was at the site.
They informed me the PCR test will take up to 72 hours. It has been more than 96 hours and no results yet. I called them and they told me to do a re-test. I asked what happened with my specimen and why do I have to re-test. No clear answer other than “your result is pending” and “it has been longer than the turnaround time of 48 hours”
The staff onsite was professional and very friendly. The result came back within 24 hours.
