He is a wonderful doctor and very patient and attentive
One of the worst physicians I have encountered as an employee or as a patient advocate for a friend at Northwestern Regional Medicine. Does not involve the patient in decision making for their care—makes the decisions for the patient. Institutes policies that no other proceeding physician had instituted or mentioned. Argumentative.
Dr. Shahid has the most wonderful patient centered attitude. He cares about his patients and explains things well. The new residents who work with him will certainly learn how to treat patients and their families with respect and compassion.
