Extremely disappointing experience with the rental property and Nomadness customer service. Our hot water was broken before we arrived. We tried to stay patient and allow Nomadness to solve the problem because we didn't realize it was broken until after we moved in and unpacked. After two days of trying, and no hot water during blizzard-like conditions, they said they needed to order parts. We stayed in a 2-bedroom within walking distance of Canyon Lodge. I found it last minute and didn't trust the rental price because, given that it was a 3-day weekend, it seemed awfully reasonable. LOL. Anyway, it was a really nice stay. The place was roomy, clean, with a very well stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds and soft cotton bed sheets. Horrible company. They rent out dirty and overpriced condos that look nothing like the website photos. Dishes dirty, broken appliances and charges to card after check out. Management and cleaners are shady. Avoid doing business with this company.
