We booked a Nomadness rental through airbnb and were charged an excessive amount for damages we did not make. They are scamming us, and charging us for a new table and chairs, for scratches and spots that were clearly already there when we checked in. Do NOT book with Nomadness Rentals.
Worst guest service, avoid!! Use Airbnb instead. Management doesn't care about guests at all and will make 0 effort when things go wrong with the property you rented.
I freaked out.. I had an argument with my boyfriend for 5' and an owner call the police telling lies about us having g..and etc 5 police officers came to our rental and thank God they were so kind because they realized that it was a false alarm and I didn't have a panic attack. I am having holidays and I don't want owners snicking around my house and telling lies to the police . The location of our rental was perfect, right above town which was super convenient for us to have fun and visit with family. The rental itself was fine. One of the bathrooms was practically falling apart, the sink facet was broken, the shower wouldn’t drain, the towel racks were loose and falling off the wall. We were excited to see a washer and dryer in the unit but the dryer unfortunately did not work. We made a last-minute reservation for same-day arrival with Nomadness and were assisted by Hannah, who was absolutely amazing! She was kind, polite, and incredibly helpful in our time of need. Unfortunately, since the reservation was so last-minute, the condo we rented was not cleaned properly. Upon check-in, we discovered pieces of chips, small Lego bricks, and the sheets weren't clean.
