OWNER BEWARE — UNAUTHORIZED ACH DISPUTE, MONTHS OF LOST REVENUE, AND EXCESSIVE FEES My experience with Nomadness Rentals was an absolute nightmare. They left my newly prepared Mammoth Lakes property effectively unadvertised and without a single paid booking for more than three months, despite my repeatedly asking why the listing was not live and what they were doing to generate reservations. Extremely disappointing experience with the rental property and Nomadness customer service. Our hot water was broken before we arrived. We tried to stay patient and allow Nomadness to solve the problem because we didn't realize it was broken until after we moved in and unpacked. After two days of trying, and no hot water during blizzard-like conditions, they said they needed to order parts.
