Our friend group had a great time staying at the 1028 Alpenhaus Lodge in Steamboat recently. It was such a beautiful property and a great space for a large group. The open kitchen/bar layout was a perfect space to hang out while someone cooked or mixed up drinks, and the views from the back deck were excellent. Very close to town, hiking trails and the hot springs. The house keeping supervisor (Arturo) and the customer service team were extremely helpful, communicative and welcoming as well. Would highly recommend!
Recommendation for your self proclaimed "hospitality businesses" don't preach to guests about your cancelation/modify reservation policy like it's written in stone from almighty god above. This company doesn’t care about their guests and you can be 100% assured will make absolutely Zero effort to help in anyway regardless of circumstances. We had a great stay in Steamboat! It was very spacious for a group of us and was not far from the mountain. We would definitely come back!
About a month prior to this review you will see a review about this company being "shady." I now have had the same experience. We stayed in a rental in Mammoth, CA for 3 nights. It good for what we needed, nicely located to the mountain but was a very dated unit and not well kept. After our 3 night stay, Nomadness Rentals came back trying to charge me $1400 for a new stovetop. This stovetop had not been properly maintained in a long time and had normal wear and tear from years of use with cheap pots and pans. There are lots ... read more
Trying to charge us for a broken door in our Airbnb that was already broken when we got there. We didn’t raise a fuss about the lackluster condition of the accommodation and are getting punished for it. Airbnb had not been cleaned after the previous guest and had multiple issues. Shady business would avoid this one at all costs
