Excellent rack built for my 640 adv build. Took a while to ship but justin kept in touch and let me know about the delay. Just got it installed today and is nice and sturdy. Very well made product.
I purchased a rack for my 2007 Husqvarna TE510 January 10, 2020. I received the rack February 21, 2020. The owner apparently move his business from California to Texas which was the cause of most of the delays and bad recent reviews. He called me Late January and explained the delay. I was prepared to wait so no big deal. The rack is very high quality! Very impressed considering it's price and that it's made in the USA. Justin's mail box is full at both numbers. The last two of his racks I bought through Beta. I placed an order directly for a rack on 11/16/2019 and it hasn't shipped as of 11/24/2019.There probably a lot of people waiting. Maybe he could let people know the lead time on the web site.
Had no idea when my product was going to ship... wouldn’t respond to any phone calls or messages. When my roto pack mounting bracket finally showed up it was not powder coated or painted like it was suppose to be... some people shouldn’t go into business and this is the case with nomadic racks...
Looks like Nomadic Racks is out of business...they took my money but never delivered the product.
Horrible customer service. Will never buy again, would never recommend. Poor communication. Paid for two day shipping and got item over a month later.

No credit for the product? I understand you're upset about the wait time, but it did get to you in less than 3 days when it did ship. How about the value of the product. Do you like it? Show a photo of it in action while flipping me off and I'll refund your shipping $.
