I’ll take this review down if someone from Nomad Vanz reaches back out to me…. Unfortunately I’m having a similar issue to many others who have left reviews. Nomad Vans bms is malfunctioning and nobody will reply to us. We have filled out customer support requests online (which have been ignored for 6+ weeks) and have tried calling and even texting directly. My texts are left on read as we beg for some help. I advise you to go elsewhere if you are looking for any sort of support post van purchase.
We purchased a basically new "pre-loved" van through Nomad Vanz website. The van itself was as advertised and we were happy with the construction of the van. We were ensured everything was tested, inspected and in working order by Nomad. We have been a good customer to Nomad Vanz. Between May 2021 and now, we have paid Nomad Vanz $106,800.25 for parts. Our business has ordered four Adventure Wagon kits through Nomad Vanz as Adventure Wagon made Nomad Vanz their only dealer for all of Canada. We’ve also purchased other components from Nomad Vanz over the past 6 years. Nomad Vanz has always been slow and sometimes inaccurate. We’ve had our Nomad Van for over a year and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The most important aspect is the attention to the smallest details and high quality of the build. Our family continues to create great memories adventuring in our Shaka Deva van!
I went to there place after a heater issue (general components) They told me that they checked it and cleaned it and told me "Now it works" (in June) We went to another place in September to buy a maintenance kit for this heater, while I haven't use the heater at all as it was summer, the other place opened it and it has carbon built up all over the heater, the bolts never been removed from the original install... So they actually charged me for something they just didn't do (no clean up, no maintenance)... Very disappointed... read more
