I stored two cars in one big outside parking spot for 1.5 months (Mid May to 1JULY2026). The owner said that he could charge only for one car spot because two cars fit in one storage unit. 1. He later charged me for two vehicles and two separate security deposits-$100 ($50 for each)- Requiring Automatic payment 2. I was planning to get my vehicle out on 30JUNE2026, not to be charged for another month. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I purchased a camper directly from the owner and have been trying for days just to get the keys. First, the owner told me he forgot them and asked me to come back the next day. I made another trip, only to be told by an employee that the owner forgot his wife had the keys and that I needed to come back yet again. Today, I showed up for the third time.
