The worker was great! The website was down and I was super worried I wasn’t going to be able to get a truck to move today. He promised me we would get a truck and we did. He did everything he could do to help even calling his boss to make sure he could do everything in his power to help. Would definitely recommend.
Service was amazing, the man at the counter made jokes with us and made the experience feel less awkward as it was my first time renting a U-Haul, I would recommend this company to others
