I had a very positive experience with Brad at Nomad Pedorthics. The entire process from assessment to follow-ups were smooth, including the process to submit through insurance. Brad was punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. I wear my custom foot orthotics daily and would highly recommend him to others.
Brad has provided excellent customer service both of the times we used him. He visited our home, delivered our orthotics, and followed up to make sure they were working for us. Thanks so much! This kind of personal touch is hard to come by.
