Ive been looking for a good massage therapist for SO long and have finally found Steven! He helped alleviate my back and neck pain and applied the right amount of pressure. He focused on my knots as I requested which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!
The massage was very professional and felt very relaxing! Highlight was the hot stones for sure. Clean amenities and friendly staff! Would recommend!
I have been a returning customer, so I’ve had the chance to observe this business over multiple visits. Unfortunately, a consistent issue has become impossible to ignore. The male manager/owner, Andy, significantly affects the atmosphere whenever he is present. The environment immediately feels tense and uncomfortable. It is very apparent that the front desk staff — mostly young women, likely students or recent graduates — become visibly nervous around him. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one is deserved. The male manager was rude, unprofessional, and frankly behaved like a complete jerk. A manager sets the tone of a business, and his behavior showed a serious lack of integrity and respect. I would strongly caution others before supporting this place.
