I enjoyed the massage itself, although when I left the “spa area” into the front desk area the receptionist asked me to tip, I was fine with tipping but when I didn’t “tip enough” she canceled it and showed a chart that had recommended amount. Tips are voluntary and the receptionist woman kept pressuring me to tip the recommended amount (even though it said RECOMMENDED). The massage itself was very good, and my therapist did a great job. The quality of the massage can vary depending on who you get, but overall, the massage staff are skilled and provide a good service. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk afterward made me very uncomfortable. I intended to leave a 15–18% tip, but I felt repeatedly pressured to leave the specific amount they wanted instead. I did not appreciate feeling cornered or pestered about my tip. Wonderful place! Got a chair massage and scalp massage and had a great time here. Very kind and professional staff, soothing atmosphere, and super reasonable prices. Definitely coming back with my husband or just by myself again! Highly recommend for anyone who needs a spa day. I do martial arts and I have a big event coming up so this was absolutely perfect! Very clean and a lot of options for scalp oils as well. Super pleased with the service here.
