I got Massage earlier , but it was really disappointing, The Woman mostly just used her elbow and push down hard with both hands on my back, she didn’t Really massage or knead my muscles at all.
One of the weirdest spa experiences I’ve had ever. They don’t prepare you for what to expect as a first time visitor, and I didn’t feel very welcomed. There are no walls separating the rooms just curtains so you can hear everything. People walking back and forth, and voices from other patrons. I am a regular guest here for years. I first tried this place by Groupon. When I redeemed Groupon there, the staff told me that they could match the coupon price for me so I wouldn’t need to buy Groupon. This policy has been applied for years. Last Thursday, I went there, after the session, I show the staff the Groupon price to match. She said the owner has changed the policy and they didn’t match the price any more. One of the best Chinese massage the lady was amazing she eased my shoulder pain immediately 🤍
So disappointed! The massage was rushed. It was not Tui na and the other add-on services were skipped. I could not believe what was happening. The place had such good reviews and seems legit, but it was one of the worst let downs I have ever had. It felt like a scam. The front desk sold me things that were not delivered.
