Such a great gym! I always accomplish more with Nomad’s tough workouts than I would on my own at a gym or home. I love the uplifting atmosphere, diverse workouts, and assistance to ensure I was doing the workouts correctly.
Nomad changed my life in so many ways. I learned about my body and what it was capable of doing. Chris trains your whole body with constantly changing workouts to work all of your muscles, and including Cardio. Best workouts and trainers, and they care about their people
I am so happy to have found this place. The owner and members are so kind. The workouts are hard AF but with the encouragement it’s easier to get through. The space is super clean and the equipment feels and looks brand new.
