These guys are AWESOME! Like a bonehead, the day before a major ride, I locked myself out of my home built e-bike when I forgot the password to the display. The awesome guys at Nomad were able to find the correct replacement part, gave me advice for the installation, and I was able to do the ride the next day. Amazing service.
Absolutely avoid this shop. I had an e-bike that I brought in because the e-assist wasn't working. The shop contacted the company and got them to send a new battery and some other parts to try and fix it but it still wasn't working. They kept contacting the company and said that they don't make those parts anymore that I needed but they weren't even sure that it would fix anything if they got said parts.
