My experience in this mobile home park has been pleasant , quiet , peaceful and enjoyable, and a very good place to retire in. The roads are fine and any issues have been dealt with in a timely manner and find absolutely no problems with the management here whatsoever .
Not a good place to live. The management does ot follow through with repairs unless forced by the health division on sewer repairs. There are many people residing under 55 years of age. THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER RESIDES WITH TWO CHILDREN. Not the place for Seniors to retire in. There are holes in the road, disturbing noises allowed and yards in disarray. Do yourself a favor retire some place else.
